We are moving.
God I hate those words. I think I would almost refer to go to the Dentist than move.
Spawns and I have been living in an apartment for the last 18 months. It is time for us to find a home, settle down. Luckily we found a great place, close to all their activities, their schools, friends and their Dad.
We move in 11 days.
That is plenty of time to pack up what little we own. I don't have a lot of materialistic things. I would rather spend my money on traveling.
The day we got the call that we got the place, Baby Spawn started packing. The next morning this is what his room looked like.
Everything is packed. Now he wants me to take down his beds. We have 11 days, but he wants to sleep on the floor.
I think he is excited.

ReplyDeleteI always see moving as an adventure (hopefully there's a silver lining for you with it). Especially if you don't have to lug a lot of furniture around. Best of luck with it!
